What we believe

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, sent to redeem the world; we love and trust him as the one who saves us from sin and we embrace him as the Lord of our lives.

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, revealing Christ and his redemption; the Bible is our final authority for what we believe and how we ought to live and is without error in all that it intends to teach.

We join with followers of Christ everywhere in confessing one God -- Father, Son and Holy Spirit; our Trinitarian faith is summarized in The Apostles' Creed.

We join with followers of Christ in the Reformed tradition in accenting the Sovereignty of God, the Lordship of Christ and call to be representatives of God's desire to reclaim a fallen creation and culture. Fuller expressions and applications of that Reformed tradition can be found in The Heidelberg Catechism, The Belgic Confession, and The Confession of Belhar.
